Size
Each product detail page includes a corresponding size chart. Please refer to the size chart for accurate sizing information.
Due to manual measurement, there may be a 0.4–1.2 inch (1–3 cm) error in the product’s size. The actual size may vary slightly.

Do I need to create an account to purchase items on your website?
No, it's not mandatory. You have the option to proceed as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account to avail of special offers during promotional events.
How do I create an account?
Click the "My Account" button at the top right side of our site.Then click “Create an Account”and simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
I forgot my password.
Click the " My Account " button,Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?". Click and enter your email address follow the prompts,you will receive a link to reset your password.
Orders & Shipping
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free Standard Shipping(11–13 business days) on all orders.

How do I change/modify my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email.We offer free cancellations within this period.
If your order has already entered production and you still wish to make changes, a service fee of 10% to 20% of the order value may apply, depending on the complexity of the request.
Once the order has been shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to make any further changes.
How to track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
To check your delivery status, please use the tracking link provided in the email.

What is your return policy?
You may request a return for a refund within 30 days of receiving the goods (excluding return shipping costs). The returned items must be in their original condition: unused, in their original packaging, and with all original accessories.
