Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with TeamFuns. We’re committed to providing professional, transparent, and trackable shipping services. Please review the following information to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

 1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

 2. Processing & Delivery Time

All items are made to order. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation, and production begins immediately afterward.

 Total Delivery Time = Processing & Production Time + Shipping Time

Standard shipping is free and delivered by FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Orders arrive within 18–27 business days, including 7–14 business days for production and 11–13 business days for delivery.

Expedited shipping costs $20 USD and is delivered by FedEx or DHL. Orders arrive within 14–23 business days, including 7–14 business days for production and 7–9 business days for delivery.

 Note:

All timeframes refer to business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays).

Delays may occur during holidays, peak periods, or due to custom product requests.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

 3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number and a tracking link via email.

If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@teamfuns.com.

 4. Delivery Date Requests

Due to our made-to-order process and the use of third-party carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.

If you have a strict deadline, please contact us before placing your order.

 5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Failures

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, including apartment numbers and ZIP codes.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

 If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you. You may choose to pay for reshipping or request a refund (excluding any applicable original shipping fees).

 We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen at unattended delivery locations requested by the customer.

 6. Delays, Lost, or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived:

Verify your shipping address

Check your tracking status

If marked as “Delivered” but not received, contact us within 7 business days

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will reship or fully refund your order at no additional cost.

 7. Taxes and Duties

We automatically calculate sales tax based on the customer's location. For all applicable U.S. states (including but not limited to Georgia, Arizona, Alabama, Illinois, Florida, Vermont, and Ohio), sales tax is included in the shipping cost to ensure transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

 8. Multi-Item Orders

All items in your order will typically be shipped together in one package.

In rare cases, split shipments may occur due to item size or availability. Separate tracking numbers will be provided in such cases.

 9. Packaging for Bulky Items

Bulky items such as jackets, hoodies, or pants may be tightly packed, which can result in slight wrinkles.

This does not affect product quality. Please shake out or iron the garment gently to restore its original shape.
