We currently ship to the following countries, and we will be adding more in the future. We appreciate your understanding.We offer free Standard Shipping (10-12 business days) on all orders. Need it faster? Add Expedited Shipping (5-7 business days) for just $20!

Please Note:Purchasing expedited shipping does not shorten production time, it only speeds up the shipping time.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Typically, it takes about 7-9 business days to process your order, and shipping time is 10-12 business days. If your order choose Expedited shipping, the delivery time is 5-7 business days.
Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.Please make sure to provide us with correct and detailed shipping Address.Please provide us with your correct contact information so the delivery service can contact you smoothly for delivery.
Please note:If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.

How to track my order?

•You will receive an email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.
•If you're unable to track your package, please contact us at teamfunsshop@gmail.com and we'll resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Late or Lost Orders

When placing your order, please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as TEAMFUNS takes no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or have been requested to be left with a neighbour or outbuilding. 

Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at teamfunsshop@gmail.com within 30 working days from the dispatch date.

If your order is returned to the warehouse due to the address being incorrect, we will ask you to pay the shipping cost required to resend it.

If you refuse to pay the shipping cost, we will deduct it from any refunds made.
