1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept payments through PayPal. At checkout, you’ll be securely redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete your purchase.
If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” on the PayPal page and enter your card details without signing up.
Note: We currently accept orders from customers located in the United States only.
We are actively working to add additional payment options such as credit/debit card checkout, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via trusted payment processors in the near future.
2. How to Pay with PayPal
You can sign up for a PayPal account and link it to your bank, credit card, or debit card.
At checkout, click the PayPal button, log in, and complete your payment securely.
PayPal allows you to store multiple payment methods for fast and secure future purchases.
3. Currency & Exchange Rates
All orders placed on TeamFuns are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
If your payment method is in another currency, your bank or PayPal may apply a currency conversion based on their own exchange rates and policies.
4. Order Modification & Cancellation
If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders canceled within this window are eligible for a full refund.
If your order has already entered production, a 10% to 20% service fee may apply depending on the complexity of the changes.
Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make further changes.
5. Refund Processing
If your order is canceled or returned and a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method — typically to your PayPal balance or linked card.
Refund processing takes 1–2 business days after return approval.
PayPal refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or provider.
6. Payment Security
All transactions are securely processed through PayPal.
We do not store or have access to your credit card or banking information.
PayPal uses advanced SSL encryption and fraud prevention tools to ensure your payment data is protected at all times.
7. Additional Fees
We do not charge any extra processing fees.
However, depending on your payment method or location, PayPal may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.

8. Didn't Receive Your Confirmation Email?
If you didn’t receive your confirmation email:
Double-check that your email was entered correctly at checkout.
Check your spam/junk folders.
If you created an account, you can log in to view your order history.
