Order Modification & Cancellation
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email. Cancellations within this window are free of charge.
If your order has already entered production, a service fee of 10% to 20% may apply depending on the complexity and production stage.
Once an order has been shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Window:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility Conditions:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all original tags/accessories.
Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items:
Free gifts or giveaways
Gift cards
Trial purchases of different sizes for fit testing (may incur restocking fees)
Bulk purchases (3 or more of the same item) — please contact us for special return considerations
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for another size or style, please contact us within 30 days. Exchanges are subject to availability. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we:

Refund Timeline:
Processing takes 1–2 business days after return approval.
PayPal refunds may take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
Important Notes:
Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our fault.
Refund amounts may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Shipping & Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused upon delivery for reasons not related to a product issue, we may deduct up to 20% of the order value to cover return shipping and handling costs.
Once an item has shipped, expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect address information will not be refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
Incorrect Items:

Ship the correct item at no extra cost
Cover return and re-delivery shipping fees
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied.
